Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique training program specific for your current fitness level and goals. Our coaches lead your experience and hold you accountable.

We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.

Struggling to get those pull-ups strung together or having a hard time learning how to use your hips in the clean? Our group classes are the perfect recipe of individualized coaching with a great atmosphere. Sometimes you need to get dedicated eyes on your movement to push past barriers. That’s why having a 60 minute personal training session with a certified coach to assess your areas of improve, develop an action plan, and then help you stay on track is so valuable.

30 Minute Personal Training Session

Short on time but still want to get in shape? Meet with one of our certified coaches for a 30 minute high-intensity training session developed around your goals and limitations.

Hybrid Membership

Personal Training + Unlimited Membership

Want a weekly dedicated time to meet with a certified coach to work closer on your goals? This membership is perfect for anyone who wants regular hands-on attention but, still loves sweating with the group. This includes (1) 60 Minute Personal Training session per week and our unlimited membership. This is by far the most popular membership at RPE because results won’t vary because our coaches will lead you through any goal.
