Our kids program’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for children.  The movements utilized in class include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids ages 5-12.

The sessions run every 6 weeks and include a 1 week break between sessions.
