Rally Point CrossFit is high intensity training at its finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!
Rally Point Endure is designed to accommodate athletes of all fitness levels. Workouts combine new-age cardio equipment, simple bodyweight/gymnastic/light lifting movements; all combined for a high-energy, fun workout that is sure to get you super sweaty!
Renew is doctor-led mobility class utilized by numerous professional sports teams. It is designed to optimize your movement and performance on the training floor and in everyday life. Exercises focus on strengthening and controlling movement at the joint level allowing for improved body control, strength and lasting useable range of motion.
Restore is a coach led flexibility class that focuses on tissue health. Various modalities coupled with stretching and strengthening techniques are utilized to improve flexibility, optimize muscle performance and alleviate muscle soreness. Restore classes focus are best utilized after training or on recovery days.
Rally Point Personal Trainers are experts in helping you to achieve your most sought after fitness goals. Whether it be learning a new skill, refining your technique to hit a pr or having workouts designed specifically for you, you’ll get that extra edge and personalized attention needed to achieve your goals. Your personal coach will be there with you every step of the way guiding you, teaching you, motivating you, and doing everything possible to give you the results you seek.
Program focuses on middle and high school aged kids and is designed to build the most functional athlete to head into their sport as the clear leader, both physically and mentally. The athletes learn to lead from within and physically out pace any competition.
Our kids program’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for children. The movements utilized in class include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids ages 5-12.
Rally Point Clubs provide the opportunity to focus more time and attention on developing and enhancing specific skills, movement pattens and requisite strength and endurance. Club participation can be done in addition to CrossFit and/or Endure training and is also open to non-RPE members. Get that first muscle up in our gymnastics club, pr your clean in our barbell club, put 20 pounds on your back squat in our strong (wo)man club or take a minute off of your mile time in our aerobic capacity club.
A simple example of a club offering:
• 1st come, 1st serve, voluntary commitment
• Free kick-off seminar to overview the club (~60 minutes)
• Club to be programed in 6 or 12 week blocks
• (1) 60-90 minute coach-led class per week
• (2) 20-30 minute training sessions, done individually (“homework”), which is programmed by the coach
• 1st week testing and end of block re-testing to show progress
• Consistent communication between coach and athlete during block
Rally Point Nutrition is a comprehensive nutrition program run by our in-house dietitian to help you meet your nutritional goals and set the foundation for success. At Rally Point Nutrition, we believe in long-term behavior changes and a 2-phase approach. The first phase is the introductory phase, setting the foundation for nutrition. Phase II is where we set specific goals and “fine-tune” behaviors. Services include 1 on 1 nutrition coaching, follow-up, customized meal planning, biometric testing, and much more.
We provided the best recovery equipment for our members to maximize their 24 hours a day including: Infrared Sauna, NormaTec Compression Gear, Compex Muscle Stimulation, Hyperice Percussion Technology.
