CrossFit is high intensity interval training combining a variety of functional movements in group fitness classes. Rally Point Endeavors coaches are CrossFit certified and train athletes in everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Our in-house programming delivers something new everyday, so athletes never get bored.

Endure is our take on aerobic capacity and endurance training. Group classes designed for athletes of all fitness levels, our workouts combine cardio equipment, body weight movements, and weight training to create a high-energy, hour long workout that will get athletes sweating.
Renew is a doctor-led mobility class designed to prevent injury and increase mobility, improving everyday movement and optimizing sports performance. Renew focuses on strengthening and controlling joints to develop usable range of motion.
Restore is a coach led flexibility group class that improves tissue health and recovery. Various modalities coupled with stretching and strengthening techniques are utilized to improve flexibility, optimize muscle performance and alleviate muscle soreness. Restore promotes active recovery after training and on rest days.
Rally Point Personal Trainers are experts in helping you to achieve your fitness goals. Whether it’s gymnastics skills, technique work, getting stronger, or individualized programming, you’ll get the personalized attention needed to achieve your goals. Your personal coach will be there for you every step of the way guiding you, teaching you, motivating you, and doing everything possible to get you to your goals.
Youth athletes are coached with our strength and conditioning programming utilizing functional fitness to build physical and mental strength. Our youth athletes become leaders in their sport and outperform all competition.
Rally Point kids encourages ages 5-12 to enjoy fitness while learning the fundamentals of moving and training safely. Our programming is rooted in CrossFit Kids, with movements and time frames adjusted based on age groups.
Rally Point Clubs provide the opportunity to develop and enhance specific skills, movement patterns, and requisite strength and endurance. Club participation can be done in addition to CrossFit and/or Endure training and is also open to non-members. Get that first muscle up in our gymnastics club, PR your clean in our barbell club, put 20 pounds on your back squat in our strong (wo)man club or take a minute off of your mile time in our aerobic capacity club.
Rally Point Nutrition, created by our dietitians, helps you meet your nutritional goals by setting the foundation for success. At Rally Point Nutrition, we believe in long-term behavior changes and a 2-phase approach. The first phase is the introductory phase, setting the foundation for nutrition. Phase II is where we set specific goals and “fine-tune” behaviors. Services include 1 on 1 nutrition coaching, follow-up, customized meal planning, bio-metric testing, and more.
Industry standard recovery equipment include: Infrared Sauna, NormaTec Compression Gear, Compex Muscle Stimulation, Hyperice Percussion Technology.
