Rally Point Endure is designed to accommodate athletes of all fitness levels. Workouts combine new-age cardio equipment, simple bodyweight/gymnastic/light lifting movements; all combined for a high-energy, fun workout that is sure to get you super sweaty!
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique training program specific for your current fitness level and goals. Our coaches lead your experience and hold you accountable.
Program focuses on middle and high school aged kids and is designed to build the most functional athlete to head into their sport as the clear leader, both physically and mentally. The athletes learn to lead from within and physically out pace any competition.
Our kids program’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for children. The movements utilized in class include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids ages 5-12.
