This place is great! I always had my own thoughts about Crossfit and thought it was for very athletic in shape people and not for me. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Crossfit RPE is for anyone and it doesn’t matter your athletic ability or experience. It has been 2 months and I am so happy with the coaching and nutritional counseling. I’m seeing positive changes in my body. My strength and flexibility has improved so much in just the 8 weeks I have been with RPE.
